Hi! I'm Laura Butcher, Director of TLC Properties SA.

I love connecting people with homes! Making landlords, buyers, vendors and tenants feel comfortable and at ease is my top priority. I'm known for my open and honest communication, quick responses and complete transparency. 

A bit more about me:

I started TLC while on Maternity Leave (yeah... I know, crazy right!?). My family is my motivation in so many ways! I wanted a job that made me happy and gave me the time to spend with them, so TLC just made sense. I love real estate (realestate.com addict right here!) and love helping people make the most out of their investments or find their dream home! I started this journey with a focus on Property Management, and expanded into Sales from there. I am a landlord too, and have previously used a Property Manager, but found a few things missing in the service. So, when I started TLC I knew what landlords would be looking for, and used this first hand experience to create a service model that would tick all the boxes.

I have a background in Community Services Management, which has so many links to Real Estate, more than I initially thought! The human resources and recruitment aspects of my career go hand in hand with prospecting for tenants/buyers and matching them to the right home.  High level coordination, people management and strategic thinking help me to deal with all situations with a level head, and calm approach. I have dealt with high conflict situations, and know how to mitigate them, ensuring the best possible outcome for my landlords, vendors, buyers and tenants.
